Kips Bay is a neighborhood that is diverse, quirky, convenient and friendly.
Located on the eastern part of Manhattan, one block off the East River in the east 30s, Kips Bay provides easy access to JFK and La Guardia Airports due to its close proximity to the Queens-Midtown Tunnel.
Brooklyn, Queens, Wall Street and the Bronx are now a short and picturesque ferry ride away from the E. 34th Ferry Stop on the NYC Ferry line. Other ferry lines take you via boat to the beaches of Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and Sandy Hook.
Several Citibike stands surround the Kips Bay Condominium Complex on all sides, providing commuters a convenient mode of transportation. The 6 Train line and several MTA Bus lines also service the area and provide access to both Penn Station and Grand Central Station.
